NEW NEWS
I've done a bit of tweaking with the clubs deviations, put them all into files and things by characters and whatnot and have done the same with the favorites. Hope it makes it easier to find what you want to see! Also, the featured deviations are going to be chose by random when we log onto the club, so keep your eye out, it may be you up there!

NEW NEWS
(so sorry it took me so long to do something guys, you have no idea how hectic my life is lately, my daughters a month and a half from being 1!!!!! )

The new Batman film the Dark Knight came out on the 18th. I had the honor to go and see it for my birthday the Monday afterwards and I must say, it was a thrilling movie that kept me on the edge of my seat. Once again the performances were amazing, major kudos to Heath's version of the Joker, who was a mixture of comedy as well as a demonic evil to the show, a Joker one has never seen before. LOVED IT! And Harvey Dent... wow. My only disappointment was the fact that they had killed him off so early! He hardly had a run as the well known Two Face that Gotham residents grew to fear. And that job on his face, so much better than the Tommy Lee Jones version. He was classy, with a horrible disfiguration to go with it. I think it was better that the creators stuck to more of his comic book/cartoon appearance unlike the Tim Burton film did. After all, the half and half suit, not only was it a little too much, but also ugly and no where near classy as I have known Two Face to be. If you haven't seen the movie, go see it now! Get your bum off the pc it is worth it! You will be shocked, amazed, and possibly a bit frightened. All the qualities of an amazing film. Fun fact. Did you know that all the actors did their own stunts for the most part? Check out the Dark Knight page on Yahoo Movies to watch clips of the cast speaking!

I myself am guilty as charged once in a while. Life can be hectic. The comments, as always are turned off in the deviations posted at this site therefore any comments you wish to leave on a piece, you must look in the description and click the link to the original piece and leave the comment there. These talented men and women each deserve your support and comments just as much as you (meaning the ones reading) do. Everyone enjoys a bit of critique.

****EDIT Thank you for all the comments on this, I'm quite relieved that Heath still has his chance as the Joker in he upcoming Batman flick. If any of you would like to do something in memorial of him, please feel free to by drawing him (or his style) of Joker, or even a collage of his characters if you would like. NEW NEWS
I'm sure you have all heard the sad news already, but yesterday afternoon, Heath Ledger (man to pla Joker in The Dark Knight, also found on a Knights Tale, 10 Things I Hate About You, and Brokeback Mountain (among others)) was found dead in his Manhattan apartment from an inconclusive cause. I was quite sad when I had heard this, just moments after it was placed on the net. He was an amazing actor, with many well loved characters. Which brings me to this question....

Does anyone know the process of The Dark Knight? I'm hoping it is completely finished and no longer in production, it would be a shame for Heath to have lost his spot in one of his final films.
